department of Home science and extension

department profile

Home Science Extension Education is an educational process intending to transfer scientific knowledge to the community to foster better family living. It is a two way process. On one hand, information from education and research institutions is disseminated to the families; on the other, the problems and suggestions are fed back to the information/  technology generation system for mid-course corrections.
