Project Summary:

The beverages that are utilized in day-to-day life has different quality and chemical composition in it and to identify those harmful and beneficiary substance. To address this,an artificial taste bud system known as electronic tongue(E-tongue) has been developed. The E-tongue sensory system that depicts the human sense of taste to detect and classify beverages.E-tongue consists of numerous sensor that helps in detection of chemical substance in beverages. It helps in analysis of taste(sweetness,bitterness/sournesss) present in those beverages and also performs the detection of acid and base levels in beverage samples by glass ph electrode sensor and conductivity sensor for determination of sweetness in beverages.Instead of using taste sensory receptors here the conductivity sensor and ph sensor is used to determine flavours of the beverages. The dataset that are collected using sensor are then trained by using KNN model for better accuracy. This technology not only enhance beverage quality control but also supports food safety regulations by enabling real-time ,accurate assessments of taste and chemical composition. By predicting the ph level, conductivity level, gas level and temperature percentage in beverages it can be concluded whether it is suitable for consumption or to be avoided with the supply of ML techniques providing a suitable surrounding for monitoring the beverages activity by determining the temperature and gas extracted. The final outcomes implements whether the beverages is consumable or non-consumable.
