The purpose of a Library is to support teaching, learning and research in the education Institutions, by developing and promoting access to information resources. The Library and its Services provide vital support for students, researchers and staff, complementing academic activities. Sri Guru Maharaj Library for Self Finance Programmes in campus II was established in June 2018 to serve the above purposes.

The Library is located on the Ground Floor with a total carpet area of 1800 sq. ft. The seating capacity of the library is nearly 85. It has a total collection of 5700 volumes comprising books, journals, magazines, newspapers and non-book materials. Colon Classification Scheme (CC) is followed for classifying the books. There are nearly 1350 registered borrowers. The Library is provided with CCTV cameras and fire extinguishers for security purposes.

The Library has been automated with KOHA and in-house software for its various activities. The Library follows the open access system where users of the library have direct access to bookshelves. On-Line Public Access Catalogue is provided to the users to access the Library resources with various search points. Remote access is provided for utilizing electronic resources effectively. The Library provides internet and wi-fi facility to the users.

The Library has a digital collection of theses, question papers, newspaper clippings and current content of the journals. An Electronic Gate Register maintains the usage statistics of the Library. Orientation Programmes are organized in order to provide awareness and accessibility to information in a well-organized and coherent manner.
