The library has four sections in two floors. The books are classified according to colon classification and arranged subject wise. The signboards and guide cards are available which enables readers to locate the resources quickly. It follows an open access system for all users. Members are advised to check the availability of the books through the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) Service. After obtaining relevant information through OPAC, the users can proceed to the respective stack area to take the books of their choice. The learning resources are stacked / displayed in the following categories

Stack I :

Location: Basement Floor

It has Science and Home Science books stacked in 42 wooden cupboards with nearly 35,500 books arranged according to the classified order.

All the cupboards are provided with Guide cards for easy access

OPAC facility is available in this section

Stack II :

Location: Mezzanine Floor

This section has 23,900 Humanities and Commerce books arranged in 28 wooden cupboards

Business Administration Section :

Location: First Floor

Nearly 7000 management and tourism books are placed in the business administration section which operates in a separate room. This helps the Management students to get access to all their resources at one point.
